We have a right to be safe and protected from harm (UNCRC Article 19)

and so it is important that we learn about safety at school. Today Years 1-4 had a visit from the fire service who came to teach us about crossing the road safely. This is particularly important if we cannot hear the traffic, as it means we need to look extra carefully.
