We like to celebrate class attendance each week and this week Y1 achieved the best attendance.

All the children know that if they are well, then coming to school everyday is important as it is an opportunity to meet their friends as well as learn and improve themselves. Mrs Carter reminded the children, though, that if they are feeling ill, then the best place for them is at home until they feel better.

We try to aim for an school average of 95% attendance over the year. currently, the school attendance fogure is 92.3%. Hopefully, we can achieve our target by the end of the school year!
